Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS) free classroom resources

Next Generation Science Standards are K-12 science standards that integrate disciplinary core ideas, science and engineering practices, and crosscutting concepts to guide science instruction and assessment.

Materials with Target Alignment are intended to directly teach the listed standard. Materials with Connected Alignment are intended to introduce, reinforce, or spiral back to the listed standard.

We tie each standards code to concrete unit evidence, including recorded standards statements and alignment notes. This lets teachers see how student activities support mastery goals instead of relying on broad claims.
